12 Tons Truck Crane Hook Lifting (Winch) Operation Method
The lifting operation of the hook is as follows:
1) Hook up
Move the winch lever to the “up” position on the left side.
2) Hook down
Move the winch lever to the “down” position on the right side.
4) Shut-down operation
Release the joystick and the lever will automatically return to neutral.
Note:
- Please don’t put down the goods after reaching the ground, otherwise it will cause the wire rope on the reel to tangled.
- When the hook drops, the wire rope on the reel should be wound at least three times, otherwise the wire rope will be separated from the drum.
- The first winding of the steel wire rope of the reel is uneven, and the next lap will be uneven, so it must be slowly and evenly wrapped.
