Cautions for Maintenance of Driving Shaft of Crane Hydraulic Pump
1. Failure to remove the dynamometer inch in time (e.g. when the water tank is filled with water or not sprinkled with water) without using the dynamometer.
Because the speed of the force taker is very high and the splash lubrication is adopted, the uneven lubrication will certainly aggravate the friction heat generation.
Under the action of double factors of bad lubrication and heat dissipation, it will cause high temperature of the power taker and damage of bearings and oil seals.
2. Water intake of the dynamometer. Water intake deteriorates lubricating oil and lubricates poorly, aggravating friction heat generation. If it is not found in time, it will accelerate the damage of various parts of the power takeoff.
3. In addition to replacing damaged parts, such problems are encountered. We should also strengthen the management of use and maintenance.
First, the driver is required to remove the power take-off device without using the power take-off device;
Second, maintenance personnel are required to check the oil level and quality of the PTO device periodically once a week, and add or replace the power take-off device in time when abnormal is found.
