Failure Cause Analysis:

1. Internal leakage caused by damage of internal parts of relief valve of alighting multi-way valve;

2. Internal leakage of hydraulic pump.

Fault Handling Method: Check and confirm whether it is the overflow valve fault or the hydraulic pump fault. The method is as follows: the oil pipe leading to the hydraulic tank under the relief valve of the multi-way valve is dismantled, the leg selection handle is placed in the middle, the reversing handle is moved, and the pressure gauge is observed. When the pressure does not rise, the oil outlet opened by the multi-way valve is observed whether there is oil outflow. Oil, which means that the relief valve internal leakage or pressure value adjustment is too low, no oil, which means that the oil pump damage.
